STANDARD SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply to contracts formed on or after 25 September 2026. Contracts formed before then remain on the previous version (2025).

Background:

Grow Traffic Limited – regularly known as GrowTraffic – (the “Service Provider”), is a comprehensive marketing agency that offers a wide range of services, mainly to business clients. Beyond its specialisation in digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO), the agency provides diverse marketing solutions including design, branding, strategy development, content creation, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, web design, email marketing and social media management. Additionally, the Service Provider extends its offerings to include non-marketing services such as web hosting and email hosting. The Service Provider has reasonable skill, knowledge and experience in that field. These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contracts for the provision of these services by the Service Provider to its clients.

Summary of key points:

• Unless otherwise stated, this agreement is for an initial term of 18 months.
• It will auto renew for a further period of the same length as the initial term agreed in writing, not the standard 18 months, unless notice is given in writing 60 days before the end of the current term.
• Early cancellation must be done in writing with 30 days notice, upon which the remainder of the contract value will be payable.
• Payment must be received in 7 days from the date of the invoice.
